Read this before you order

Germany, like Italy, runs a sworn translator system. A beeidigter or vereidigter Übersetzer is sworn before a German court, and that oath is what gives their stamp legal standing in Germany.

Pakistan has no equivalent register. Where a German submission requires a sworn translation, no Pakistani translation qualifies — ours included, and no amount of quality changes that.

Some German submissions accept a certified translation with a statement of accuracy, which we can provide. Many do not. The difference is decided by the consulate or the receiving body, and it is worth one email before you pay anyone. Send us the reply and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet it.

Three separate things people conflate

A German file involves three processes that are not the same, and buying all three when you needed one is a common expense:

Attestation — HEC then MOFA on the original document, plus any legalisation the German mission requires. A government process; we do not perform it. See the attestation hub.

Recognition — Germany’s anabin database lists recognised foreign institutions and qualifications, and many visa and employment routes require your university and degree to appear in it. This is a recognition question, entirely separate from translation. Check your institution’s status before investing in translation, because if the qualification is not recognised, a perfect translation does not help.

Translation — rendering the document in German, in whichever form the receiving body specifies. That is the part we do, subject to the sworn-translator caveat above.

Where translation sits in the sequence

1. Assemble originals — degree, transcripts, police character certificate, birth certificate, employment history
2. Check anabin for your institution and qualification
3. Attestation on the originals: HEC or IBCC, then MOFA
4. German mission legalisation, where required
5. Translation, in the form the consulate specifies
6. Visa application

Translation is late for the same reason it is everywhere: attestation stamps go on the original, so a translation prepared earlier will not show them.

What we translate into German

Degrees, transcripts, and DMCs. Police character certificates. NADRA birth and marriage certificates. Employment and experience letters. Bank and financial statements for proof of funds. Medical certificates.

Urdu-language documents are routed through English rather than translated directly into German, and we say so rather than let you assume otherwise. For most official documents that is normal practice; confirm it if your checklist specifies a direct translation.

How we handle this pair

German runs through a vetted collaborator, not in house. Arabic, English, and Urdu are our own desks; German is not, and that is why the rate is higher, from Rs. 2,500, and why the turnaround depends partly on the collaborator’s availability.

What we bring is the document discipline that applies to every pair: names transliterated to match your passport, layout preserved, stamps described in position, and an honest reading of your checklist before you commit.

What we do not bring is a sworn translator’s oath, a German court’s stamp, or the ability to make a consulate accept something it has decided not to accept.
