Educational Document Translation

Educational Document Translation in Pakistan

Academic files get read by people who compare them against a grading system they know and yours is not it. A DMC that lists marks out of 1100 means nothing to an admissions officer until the structure is carried across clearly. We translate academic records so the numbers stay verifiable.

Service details

Professional translation with clear pricing before work starts.

Educational document translation in Pakistan for degrees, DMCs, transcripts, diplomas, and school records, prepared for university admission and credential evaluation.

What we translate

Bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees. Provisional certificates. Detailed Marks Certificates from every Pakistani board and university. Full academic transcripts. Matric and intermediate certificates. Diplomas and technical qualifications. School leaving certificates, migration certificates, and character certificates.

Madrasa and religious education certificates come up regularly for Gulf submissions and carry their own vocabulary. Send them with the rest of the file rather than separately.

Keeping an academic record verifiable

The purpose of an academic translation is to let someone check a claim. That means subject names stay recognisable, board and university names are given in full rather than by acronym, roll numbers and registration numbers are reproduced exactly, and the marking scheme printed on the document is carried over rather than summarised.

Where a DMC uses a table, we keep the table. Where it prints a total and a grade, both appear. Where a seal or an endorsement sits in the margin, it is described where it sits. Nothing is rounded, converted, or tidied up.

How the process runs

Send clear scans of every page, including reverse sides carrying attestation stamps, and tell us which university or authority the file is for. Send a passport copy so your name matches your other documents. We confirm price and timeline, translate, proofread against the source, and deliver by WhatsApp or email with printed copies on request.

Turnaround and price

Educational certificate and degree or DMC translation starts from Rs. 1,500, transcripts from Rs. 2,000. Standard delivery is at the normal rate, 24-hour urgent delivery at 1.5x to 2x, same-day at 2x subject to availability. Admission deadlines are the usual pressure here, so send the file as soon as the offer arrives rather than the week it closes. Baseline rates are on the pricing page.

Where the university asks for a signed statement of accuracy, see certified translation. Applying to the UK or Canada? Our guide to translating DMCs and transcripts for UK and Canadian universities covers what to send and why marks must never be converted. Files heading to Gulf institutions are covered by Saudi, UAE, and Qatar document translation, which explains the attestation sequence.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you translate the marks and grades, or convert them?

We translate them, we do not convert them. A DMC showing 780 out of 1100 is rendered exactly as that. Converting to a GPA or a percentage is credential evaluation, a separate service performed by bodies such as WES or NARIC, and a translator who quietly converts your marks has altered the record. If your university asks for an evaluation, that is a different order placed with a different organisation.

Which documents does a university admission file usually need?

Typically the degree or provisional certificate, the full DMC or transcript for every year, the school leaving certificate, and often a character certificate. Matric and FSc certificates are requested more often than people expect. Send the whole set together so board names, subject names, and your own name stay consistent across every page.

My degree is in English already. Do I still need anything?

Often not, and we will tell you so. Many Pakistani degrees and transcripts are issued in English, in which case you need attested copies rather than a translation. If only the seal, the board endorsement, or a marginal note is in Urdu, that portion may need translating while the rest does not.

What does educational document translation cost?

Educational certificate translation starts from Rs. 1,500, degree and DMC translation from Rs. 1,500, and transcript translation from Rs. 2,000, since transcripts carry far more data per page. A multi-year transcript is quoted per document rather than at a flat rate.

Do you submit documents to HEC or IBCC on my behalf?

No. HEC attestation, IBCC equivalence, and MOFA attestation are government processes you or an authorised agent must complete. We translate the documents and can tell you the order the steps usually run in, which is set out on our [HEC degree attestation](/attestation/hec-degree/) and [IBCC](/attestation/ibcc/) pages, but we do not represent you at those offices and we will not claim otherwise.
