Why the same document type can be priced differently
The table above is a baseline for planning. Six things move the final figure, and we would rather explain them up front than surprise you after you have committed.
Pages and word density
A one-page transcript packed with tables takes longer than three pages of plain prose, so length alone does not set the price.
Language pair
English to Arabic starts higher than Arabic to English, because the right-to-left layout has to be rebuilt rather than copied across.
Typed or handwritten
Handwritten forms such as an older Nikah Nama take longer to read than to translate. Faded or overlapping entries are the main variable.
Certification and notarization
A certificate of accuracy is quoted separately, and notarization involves a third-party fee that is set by the notary, not by us.
Urgency
24-hour delivery runs at 1.5x to 2x the normal rate, and same-day at 2x subject to availability. Standard delivery is the normal price.
Printed copies
Most offices now accept a signed and stamped PDF. Ink on paper is available where your submission needs it, and it affects the timeline.
