Coverage for common business, legal, and official document language pairs

Arabic, English, and Urdu are handled in house. Each pair below has its own page covering script and direction, how names transliterate, which documents come up, and the starting rate.

Pairs with a dedicated page are linked below. Anything else is quoted on request — ask before ordering, since we would rather decline a pair than hand you something an office will reject.

Direction matters more than people expect

English to Urdu and Urdu to English are not the same job at the same price. Translating into a right-to-left language means the layout is rebuilt rather than copied, and mixed content — English names, Latin-script reference numbers, tables — has to be handled by hand or it scrambles. That is why the two directions are priced differently and why ordering the wrong one means paying twice.

Before you order, confirm which direction the receiving office actually wants. One message to the embassy, employer, or university settles it.

In house or through a collaborator

Arabic, English, and Urdu are handled in house, which is why they are our fastest and cheapest pairs and where our document knowledge is deepest. Other languages run through vetted collaborators, which affects both the rate and the turnaround.

We tell you which applies to your pair before you commit, rather than letting you assume we have a desk for every language on this page. If a pair is one we cannot do well, we would rather decline it than hand you something an office will reject.
