They are unrelated languages with different grammar. Urdu is Indo-Aryan; Arabic is Semitic. What they share is a large stock of borrowed words — and borrowed words drift. A term that entered Urdu from Arabic centuries ago frequently no longer carries its Arabic meaning, or carries a narrower or broader one.
A translator working from the resemblance rather than from knowledge of both languages produces text that reads fluently and says the wrong thing. In an employment contract, that is not a stylistic problem.
