Bring the original document and your passport. That second item is the one people forget, and it is the reason we ask: the spelling of your name on the translation has to match your passport exactly, character for character. A Nikah Nama that renders a name as “Muhammad” when the passport says “Mohammad” is a rejected document, and the only reliable way to prevent it is to have both in front of us.

If your document is handwritten — an older NADRA registration, a manual Nikah Nama, a provincial record — walking in is genuinely worth the trip. Reading a faded original beats reading a photograph of it, and the difference shows up in the accuracy of dates and names.

The mistake we see most often on these files is translating before attestation when the destination requires the reverse. Attestation fees are not refundable, so that error is paid for twice.

Spouse and family visa files

Nikah Nama and marriage certificate translation for UK, Gulf and European spouse applications, alongside NADRA birth certificates and Family Registration Certificates for children. Sending the whole family file at once is cheaper and considerably safer, because we make names and dates consistent across every document in the set — which is exactly what caseworkers cross-check.

University and credential files

Degrees, DMCs and transcripts for admission abroad and for credential evaluation. Degree and transcript go together as a matched set, with grading scales reproduced as printed rather than converted into another country’s system. Converting a grade is not translation; it is interpretation, and evaluators do it themselves.

Which level of certification your submission needs

Read your instruction letter and match it against these:

• Certified — a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy naming the translator, confirming the translation is complete and accurate, and carrying our contact details so the receiving office can verify us. This is what UKVI and USCIS ask for. Detail on the certified translation page.
• Notarized — certification plus a notary public confirming the translator’s signature. Canadian IRCC applications commonly need it. We coordinate this through third-party notaries; see notarized translation assistance.
• Sworn — a translator appointed by a court in the destination country. Germany, France and Spain keep such registers. No translator in Rawalpindi, Islamabad or anywhere else in Pakistan can be sworn for those jurisdictions. If your letter says “sworn”, tell us and we will explain the real route.

Attestation fees and notary charges are paid by you, directly to those bodies. Not included, not marked up.

Attestation in the twin cities, and why the order matters

Rawalpindi clients have an advantage worth using: the federal attestation bodies are all in the twin cities, so HEC, IBCC and MOFA steps do not require travel to another province.

What that advantage does not solve is sequence. The chain generally runs from the issuing body, to HEC or IBCC depending on the document, to MOFA, and then to the destination embassy — and where translation belongs in that order changes by destination country and document type. Where your destination accepts one, a MOFA apostille can replace the embassy leg entirely.

What we do not do

• No attestation. HEC, IBCC, MOFA and embassy attestation must go through those bodies, and you or your representative must attend.
• No representation at government offices.
• No credential evaluation. WES, ECA and similar assessments are separate services.
• No sworn translation where a destination country requires a court-appointed translator.
• No guarantee that an authority will accept a submitted document.
