Saudi/UAE/Qatar Document Translation

Saudi, UAE, and Qatar Document Translation in Pakistan

Gulf submissions fail on sequence more often than on wording. Attestation, translation, and certification have to happen in a particular order, and doing them out of order usually means paying twice. We translate the documents and tell you where translation sits in the chain.

Service details

Professional translation with clear pricing before work starts.

Arabic-English document translation in Pakistan for Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar employment, family, and residency files, prepared around the attestation chain.

What a Gulf file usually contains

Employment contracts and offer letters. Educational degrees and transcripts, attested by HEC and MOFA. Police character certificates. Nikah Nama and marriage records for family visas. Birth certificates for accompanying children. Medical reports. CNIC, passport, and family registration documents. For business submissions, commercial registration and company records.

We translate all of these between Arabic, English, and Urdu, in whichever direction the receiving party requires.

Why sequence matters more than speed

Attestation stamps are applied to the original document. A translation prepared before attestation does not contain those stamps, and a reviewing officer comparing the two will see a translation that no longer matches its source. That is the single most common reason a Gulf file gets returned to a Pakistani applicant, and it is entirely avoidable.

Before you order anything, get written confirmation from the employer, agent, or consulate of what has to be attested, by whom, and at what point the Arabic translation is required. Send that to us with the documents.

How the process runs

Send the complete file rather than one document at a time, so names, dates, and place spellings stay consistent throughout. Include passport copies for everyone named. Tell us the destination country, the visa category, and the deadline. We confirm the package price and timeline, translate, proofread, and deliver by WhatsApp or email with certification or printed copies where required.

Turnaround and price

Priced on the underlying document rates, listed on the pricing page. Standard delivery at the normal rate, 24-hour urgent at 1.5x to 2x, same-day at 2x subject to availability. Gulf files are usually multi-document, so build in more time than a single certificate would need.

Documents arriving from the Gulf are covered by Arabic to English translation. Documents heading out are covered by English to Arabic translation, or Urdu to Arabic where the source is a Pakistani document going straight into Arabic. Marriage documents have their own page at Nikah Nama translation, and UAE spouse visa files are covered step by step in this guide. Our guide to Arabic translation for Gulf documents covers the Arabic side, the MOFA attestation checklist sets out the order every step has to happen in, and the Saudi work visa document checklist covers that file end to end.

Frequently Asked Questions

What order do attestation and translation happen in?

For a Pakistani document going to a Gulf country, the usual chain is issuing authority, then HEC or IBCC for educational documents, then MOFA, then the destination embassy in Islamabad, with translation into Arabic at the point the embassy or employer specifies. Translating before attestation often wastes the translation, because stamps applied afterwards are not in it. Confirm your chain with the employer or agent before ordering.

Do Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar want the same thing?

No, and assuming they do is a common and expensive mistake. Requirements differ by country, by emirate, by employer, and by visa category, and they change. We work from the checklist you were actually given rather than from a general rule, so send it with your documents.

Do you handle the MOFA and embassy attestation itself?

No. Attestation is a government process handled by you or an authorised agent. We translate the documents and can explain the sequence as we understand it, but we do not submit files to MOFA or to embassies on your behalf and we will not claim to.

Does the translation need to be into Arabic or is English enough?

It depends on the receiving party. Many Gulf employers and government departments require Arabic. Some free-zone and multinational employers accept English. Where the document originated in Arabic and is being used in Pakistan, you need the reverse direction. Tell us both the source and the destination and we will confirm which way round you need it.

What does Gulf document translation cost?

It follows the underlying document rates, Arabic to English from Rs. 1,500 and English to Arabic from Rs. 2,000, with legal documents from Rs. 3,000. Most Gulf files involve several documents, so send the full set and we will quote the package rather than page by page.
