Who you are dealing with

Documents prepared for the office that has to accept them

Global Translation Services was founded by Muhammad Nouman Tariq and works almost entirely on documents with a submission deadline attached, which is why the details we obsess over are the ones that get files rejected: a name spelled one way on the passport and another on the translation, a date rendered in the wrong calendar, a stamp left untranslated because it was hard to read. Visit us in Islamabad or Abbottabad, or work with us remotely from Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta and beyond.

Where to find us

Two walk-in offices, and remote service everywhere else

Hand over originals in person in Islamabad or Abbottabad, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which is worth doing for faded, stamped, or fragile documents. Outside those hours, everywhere else in Pakistan, and for clients already abroad, documents move by WhatsApp at any time and come back digitally.

What we translate

Official paperwork, prepared for the office that will actually read it

Personal documents with an official destination: NADRA records, Nikah Nama, degrees and transcripts, police character certificates, and identity papers. Businesses and law firms send contracts, affidavits and company records.

Almost every client arrives with a submission date already set, and each authority has its own idea of what counts as acceptable — which is why we ask what the document is for before quoting. A certified translation and a notarized one are not the same thing, and sending the wrong one costs a rescheduled appointment. More about how we work.

How it works

Four steps, and no surprises after the quote

  1. Step 1

    Send the document

Bring the originals to our Islamabad or Abbottabad office, or photograph every page and send it on WhatsApp. Tell us the language pair, the deadline, and where it is being submitted.

  2. Step 2

    Get a quote first

We confirm the price, the turnaround, and whether you need certification or notarization before any work starts.

  3. Step 3

    Translation and formatting

We match the layout of the original and keep names spelled exactly as they appear on your CNIC or passport, then proofread against the source.

  4. Step 4

    Delivery

Digital delivery by WhatsApp or email. Printed copies, a certificate of accuracy, or notarization coordination on request.

Clients also come to us for Spanish, Russian, and other language pairs alongside our core Arabic, English, and Urdu work. Check the languages we cover or ask about a rare pair when you request a quote.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about translation services in Islamabad, certified translation, Arabic translation, and online document translation across Pakistan.

What is Global Translation Services?

Global Translation Services is a professional translation service provider based in Islamabad, Pakistan. We provide document translation services for individuals, students, professionals, families, and businesses across Pakistan.

Which cities in Pakistan do you serve?

We offer walk-in service at two offices: Islamabad, in H-13 on Zubair Shah Road, which also serves Rawalpindi; and Abbottabad, at Rehmania Street, Javed Shaheed Road, Jinnahabad, Mandian, which covers the Hazara division including Mansehra, Haripur and Havelian. Everywhere else in Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta and Multan, is served remotely.

What types of documents do you translate?

We translate educational documents, personal documents, legal documents, certificates, identity documents, business documents, police character certificates, medical certificates, marriage documents, and other official papers.

Do you provide Arabic to English translation?

Yes. Global Translation Services provides Arabic to English translation Pakistan services for certificates, educational documents, legal papers, personal documents, and other official documents.

Do you provide English to Arabic translation?

Yes. We provide English to Arabic translation services for clients who need professional document translation for official, personal, educational, or business purposes.

Do you provide certified translation services?

Yes. We provide certified translation Pakistan services where required. A certificate of translation accuracy may be provided depending on the document type and client requirement.

Do you provide notarized translation services?

Yes. We may provide notarized translation assistance through relevant third-party notarization or legal service providers where required. Notarization requirements should be confirmed before placing the order.

Do I have to come to your office, or can everything be done online?

Everything can be handled remotely. Send photographs of your documents on WhatsApp to +92 349 9343134 and receive the translation digitally, with hard copies collected at either office or sent by courier. Walking in to the Islamabad or Abbottabad office is better for handwritten or damaged documents, because reading the original beats reading a photograph of it.

How fast can you turn a document around?

A single-page document is normally ready the next working day when it is not sent as an urgent job. Urgent 24-hour delivery is charged at 1.5x to 2x the standard rate and same-day delivery at 2x, both subject to capacity on the day. Multi-document files are quoted with a timeline once we have seen the contents.

What does document translation cost in Pakistan?

Our published rates start at Rs. 1,000 for a simple single-page document, Rs. 1,500 for educational certificates and police character certificates, Rs. 2,000 for transcripts, and Rs. 3,000 for legal documents and Nikah Nama. Price rises with page density, handwritten source documents, language direction and urgency. Attestation and notary fees are separate and paid directly to those bodies.

Are my documents kept confidential?

Yes. We treat client documents as confidential and use them only for translation, formatting, certification, notarization assistance, delivery, and related service purposes.

Can I get urgent translation service?

Yes. Urgent translation service may be available depending on workload, document type, and language pair. Urgent orders may involve additional charges.

Do you guarantee embassy, university, or official acceptance?

We provide professional translation services, but acceptance by embassies, universities, employers, courts, government departments, or foreign authorities depends on their own rules and requirements. Clients should confirm specific requirements before placing an order.

Do you handle attestation as well as translation?

No. Attestation is carried out by HEC, IBCC, MOFA and the relevant embassy, and you or your representative must go through those bodies directly. What we do provide is guidance on where translation belongs in the attestation sequence, so that you do not end up paying attestation fees twice on a redone document.

How can I contact Global Translation Services?

You can contact Global Translation Services through WhatsApp at +92 349 9343134 or email at global.translation.services.mnt@gmail.com for translation quotations, document review, pricing, and delivery details.
