Do I have to come to your office, or can everything be done online? +
Everything can be handled remotely. Send photographs of your documents on WhatsApp to +92 349 9343134 and receive the translation digitally, with hard copies collected at either office or sent by courier. Walking in to the Islamabad or Abbottabad office is better for handwritten or damaged documents, because reading the original beats reading a photograph of it.
How fast can you turn a document around? +
A single-page document is normally ready the next working day when it is not sent as an urgent job. Urgent 24-hour delivery is charged at 1.5x to 2x the standard rate and same-day delivery at 2x, both subject to capacity on the day. Multi-document files are quoted with a timeline once we have seen the contents.
What does document translation cost in Pakistan? +
Our published rates start at Rs. 1,000 for a simple single-page document, Rs. 1,500 for educational certificates and police character certificates, Rs. 2,000 for transcripts, and Rs. 3,000 for legal documents and Nikah Nama. Price rises with page density, handwritten source documents, language direction and urgency. Attestation and notary fees are separate and paid directly to those bodies.
Are my documents kept confidential? +
Yes. We treat client documents as confidential and use them only for translation, formatting, certification, notarization assistance, delivery, and related service purposes.
Can I get urgent translation service? +
Yes. Urgent translation service may be available depending on workload, document type, and language pair. Urgent orders may involve additional charges.
Do you guarantee embassy, university, or official acceptance? +
We provide professional translation services, but acceptance by embassies, universities, employers, courts, government departments, or foreign authorities depends on their own rules and requirements. Clients should confirm specific requirements before placing an order.
Do you handle attestation as well as translation? +
No. Attestation is carried out by HEC, IBCC, MOFA and the relevant embassy, and you or your representative must go through those bodies directly. What we do provide is guidance on where translation belongs in the attestation sequence, so that you do not end up paying attestation fees twice on a redone document.
