Why a walk-in office still matters
Most document translation now happens over WhatsApp, and that suits most clients. But there are cases where handing paper across a desk is genuinely better, and they come up often in Hazara:
- Faded or handwritten documents. An older Nikah Nama, a union council record, or a hand-completed board certificate is frequently unreadable in a phone photograph. In person we can see the original and tell you immediately whether a column is legible or has to be marked as such.
- Heavily stamped originals. Attestation stamps overlap text and reflect under flash. Seeing the document avoids guesswork.
- Printed and stamped output. Where a submission wants ink on paper rather than a PDF, collecting it locally is simpler than arranging a courier.
- Working out what is actually needed. Clients often arrive with a checklist they have not been able to interpret. That conversation is faster face to face, and it is where we catch people about to pay for a notarized translation when the checklist asked for a certified one.
What we handle here
Educational records including degrees, DMCs, transcripts, and matric and intermediate certificates from Hazara boards. Nikah Nama and NADRA marriage certificates for spouse and family visas. Police character certificates for employment and immigration files. Birth certificates, CNICs, and family registration records. Arabic to English and English to Arabic documents for Gulf employment. Legal and business paperwork.
The full service list is on the services page, and every service is available from either office at the same published rates. Pashto-speaking clients across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa may also want English to Pashto translation.
Where translation fits before you travel
One thing worth knowing before you make the trip: if your documents need attestation, that happens on the original before translation, not after. Attestation stamps are applied to the source document, so a translation prepared beforehand will not show them and the receiving office will see a mismatch.
MOFA attestation is handled in Islamabad rather than in Abbottabad, so a Hazara client with a Gulf employment file usually completes the attestation chain first and translates afterwards. Our MOFA attestation checklist sets out the order, and reading it before you travel can save you a wasted journey.
Areas we serve from Abbottabad
Clients come to this office from Abbottabad, Mansehra, Haripur, and Havelian, with others across Hazara and wider Khyber Pakhtunkhwa sending documents remotely. If you are closer to the capital, our Islamabad office on Zubair Shah Road in H-13 covers Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Wah Cantt, and Taxila.
Wherever you are, remote submission works identically: photograph every page, send it on WhatsApp with your deadline and the name of the office it is going to, and get a quote back before any work starts.
Finding the office
Rehmania Street, Javed Shaheed Road, Jinnahabad, Mandian, Abbottabad 22010
Rehmania Street runs off Javed Shaheed Road. One thing to know before you set off: Google Maps labels this street “Street 7”, not Rehmania Street, so typing the street name into Maps will not find it. Search for Jinnahabad, Abbottabad and follow our pin on Google Maps instead.
If you are already in Jinnahabad and cannot see it, call +92 349 9343134 and we will talk you in.
Before you visit
The office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and closed at weekends. Message us on WhatsApp first to say what you are bringing. It costs you one message and prevents the most common wasted trip, which is arriving without the passport or CNIC copies we need to spell names correctly.
Bring the original document, every page including reverse sides that carry stamps, identity documents for everyone named, and the checklist you were given. With those four things in hand we can usually quote and confirm the timeline on the spot.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where exactly is your Abbottabad office?
Rehmania Street, Javed Shaheed Road, Jinnahabad, Mandian, Abbottabad 22010, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Rehmania Street runs off Javed Shaheed Road, and Google Maps labels it "Street 7" rather than Rehmania Street, so search Jinnahabad, Abbottabad and follow our pin instead of typing the street name. We are open for walk-in clients Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and closed Saturday and Sunday. Message us on WhatsApp before travelling and we will tell you which documents to bring, which saves a second trip.
What are the Abbottabad office hours?
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The office is closed on Saturday and Sunday, but you can send documents and questions on WhatsApp or by email at any hour on any day, including weekends. Replies come during office hours, usually within one business day.
Do I have to visit in person?
No. Walking in is useful for faded, heavily stamped, or fragile documents where a photograph will not do, and for collecting printed and stamped copies. Otherwise send clear photographs on WhatsApp and receive digital delivery, which is how most Hazara clients work with us.
Which areas does the Abbottabad office cover?
Clients visit from Abbottabad, Mansehra, Haripur, and Havelian, with others across Hazara and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa sending documents remotely. If you are in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, our Islamabad office on Zubair Shah Road is closer.
Can I get a certified translation from the Abbottabad office?
Yes. Certified translation with a signed certificate of accuracy is available from either office, and it is the same service and the same rates. Attestation is a separate government process that we do not perform, and MOFA attestation is handled in Islamabad rather than locally.
Do you charge more at one office than the other?
No. Rates are the same at both offices and are published on the pricing page. Where you hand the document over does not change what the translation costs.
Can I drop documents at one office and collect from the other?
Ask when you send the quote request. Digital delivery reaches you wherever you are, and printed collection depends on where the work is completed, so we will confirm what is workable before you commit.
